Board of Directors/Executive Committee
- The business and affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by
its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall have and
exercise all powers necessary or convenient to carry out any and all
purposes for which the Corporation was organized, such as, without
limitation, the power to contract, to purchase, convey or mortgage
real or personal property, and to borrow or lend money.

- A list of contacts for HPRHN including
the business manager, website manager and hub site managers.

Membership list- A
list of HPRHN member, along with
the administrative contact and site facilitator (technical contact)
for each site.

Technology Committee-
The Technology Committee is an on-going
committee formed to assure compatibility and federal compliance
of the HPRHN infrastructure being used by distinct networks
within competing member facilities .
