The membership list includes the name and address, along with
contact information for the administrative contact and site
facilitator of each member site.
The administrative contact is the person who represents the site
on an administrative level, including attending meetings, decision
making, etc.
The site facilitator (S/F) is the technical contact for the video
conferencing equipment at each facility. This person(s) is in
charge of scheduling the video conferencing equipment, setting up
the equipment for video conferences, training new users of the video
conferencing within their facility, and in some cases, scheduling
the rooms within the facility for the video conference.
